YouTube Content Pipeline

A full conversation-to-production content pipeline for a faceless YouTube channel. Starts with a brainstorm inside Claude Code, where the idea is developed and refined. The /lock-it-in command captures the finalized idea, structures an outline, and drafts an 800-1,500 word blog post. The /ship-it command sends it to an n8n webhook that makes three sequential Anthropic API calls: a chaptered long-form script (5-10 min) with B-roll cues and pacing notes, a standalone YouTube Shorts script (45-60 sec), and full SEO metadata for both formats. A pillar-aware prompt system adapts voice and framing across content categories. All outputs save to PostgreSQL with a Flask dashboard for review. Cost per run: $0.05-0.15.
